Avaya Flare?

What are your thoughts on Avaya Flare?

In my opinion the integration into a holistic UC environment is not as easy and intuitive as it should be. This get’s especially difficult when you are not running products that Avaya “approve”. Interestingly enough it’s not that easy to get to work with Avaya approved products either.
